Founded by two sisters and proudly based in Painesville, we serve Lake, Geauga, Ashtabula, and Cuyahoga Counties with one clear goal: to set the highest standard in residential and office cleaning. What It Takes To Succeed Here
- Physical Stamina – Ability to bend, squat, lift, and work in tight spaces for extended periods
- Reliability – On-time, every time; if you think 5 minutes late is “not that bad,” this isn’t the job for you
- Integrity – Do the right thing, even when no one is watching; take pride in your work
- Willingness to learn – Even experienced cleaners must learn our high standards and efficient methods
- Great attitude – Be professional, courteous, and patient (even when toddlers track mushy Cheetos across a freshly mopped floor!)
- Comfort with cleaning products – While we prioritize eco-friendly options, some jobs require stronger solutions (protective gear provided)
- Valid driver’s license & reliable vehicle
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Comfort with pets – Many clients have cats and dogs, some freely roaming during cleanings
- Smartphone – Required for scheduling, clocking in/out, and navigation via our app
