Yes. We stock a variety of cleaning products to ensure that we can safely clean a multitude of surface types. If you have a product preference, let us know, and we’ll make sure we use it in your home!

You don’t need to be home, but you’ll want to make sure we can get in the house and lock up when we leave. 

We are fully insured. An unfortunate accident that results in damage to your home and belongings are covered by our insurance policy.

We clean offices in the evenings. If you would like your home cleaned in the evening, give us a call and we will do our best to accomodate you. 

Yes! We will have gift certificates available for purchase on our website soon, but in the meantime, simply call us to get your gift cleaning scheduled. 

Nope. Life happens. We understand that changes in your schedule can happen at any time. Just let us know as soon as possible that you need to cancel and we’ll get you rescheduled immediately. 

That’s the way we prefer it. Right now, there’s just two of us. But as we grow, our intent is to make sure we send the same people every time so our team, and you,  know what and who to expect. 

It’s beneficial to have clutter put away before we arrive. It will take us longer to clean if we have to pick up and put away items. Other than that, no pre-cleaning is necessary. 

There are so many variables, and once we quote you, we will have a more accurate estimate of the time it will take. Generally, the first time we clean it will take longer. We’re getting familiar with your home, and if you haven’t had it professionally cleaned recently, we will be paying extra attention to the nooks and crannies that often get overlooked.
